Should an agreeable offer not materialize in January, the club remains open to his departure in the summer, which would be a year before his current contract concludes. Similarly, French right-back Sacha Boey, who joined Bayern from Galatasaray for €30 million in January 2024, finds himself in a comparable situation. Although the club attempted to facilitate his transfer during the previous summer window, a suitable buyer was not found. Boey still has two years remaining on his contract, indicating that a resolution regarding his future at the club is actively being sought.
